Technical Description

  • The robot end effector consists of machined parts, a three-jaw cylinder, a blow-off device, a cable package, etc.
  • Products are gripped using an external clamping method. The dual-station gripper design reduces idle robot travel.
  • The gripper fingers use special materials to ensure the gripper does not damage the product.
  • A blow-off device is installed on the picker to clean the machine chuck and product surface.
  • For different product specifications, quick-change fixtures are designed to significantly improve production efficiency and enhance flexible manufacturing capabilities.
