3.3 Robot End Effector
Technical Description
- The robot end effector consists of machined parts, a three-jaw cylinder, a blow-off device, a cable package, etc.
- Products are gripped using an external clamping method. The dual-station gripper design reduces idle robot travel.

3.6 3D Camera
Working Principle
The binocular structured light stereo camera is a structured light 3D camera composed of a structured light module, two 2D monochrome cameras, and one 2D color camera. Its main working process includes the synchronous acquisition of 3D data (Depth) and 2D data (RGB), as well as the RGBD aligned output of both data types, with measurement accuracy reaching sub-millimeter level.

Technical Description
- The grille net is made of high-strength composite material with an anti-slip surface treatment, ensuring safe walking even in wet or oily environments.
