High Rigidity Gantry Frame

The beam adopts large well-shaped ribs and front wall rice-shaped ribs structure, large cross-section, column increases X-direction dimension, good rigidity.

High Rigidity Bed

The bed adopts four-guide rail structure, small worktable overhang, good rigidity, more sliders, high load capacity. The worktable adopts screw drive, the screw is located at the center of gravity of the worktable, ensuring rigidity and symmetry.

Z-axis Dual Servo Drive

Z-axis adopts dual servo motor and dual screw drive, achieving high dynamics of Z-axis transmission, high dynamic response during acceleration and deceleration, thus obtaining stable machining accuracy.

High Rigidity Ram

The ram adopts 400×400mm square ram structure, four-sided constrained cast iron-plastic sliding guide rail pair, large contact area, can ensure rigidity during powerful cutting.

Maximum spindle speed up to 4500rpm, rapid traverse of each axis up to 15/15/10m/min, shorter auxiliary time, achieving high-speed and efficient machining.

Comprehensive Thermal Optimization

Adopting imported high-rigidity spindle, power system thermal balance structure optimization design, equipped with constant temperature cooling system, multiple constant temperature protection, can inhibit high heat generation during long-term use; heat insulation device between ram and gearbox, reducing the influence of power system heat source on spindle and ram, improving machining accuracy. The whole machine adopts thermally symmetrical structure, minimizing the influence of thermal displacement on machine accuracy.
