Depth Setting Function
Uses encoding disc counting with A and B phase orthogonal decoding, strong anti-interference capability, more accurate depth setting.
One-Key Machining Function
Drilling requires only one key press.
Smart Retract Function
Set workpiece thickness, when workpiece is penetrated, one-key machining ends, automatically retracts to workpiece surface.
Limit Function
When hitting lower limit, automatically rises to top; if needing to change copper tube mid-process, just press copper tube change function, also rises directly to top.
Product Features — Machining Principle
Adopts electrode tubes (brass tubes, copper tubes) as machining electrodes, utilizing EDM discharge erosion principle; applies high-frequency pulse power supply between the electrode (hollow copper tube) and workpiece to form small pulse width and high peak current discharge machining, assisted by high-pressure water pump for cooling and slag removal, greatly accelerating workpiece material removal speed.
Application Scope
Material Applicability
Suitable for machining deep small holes with diameters between 0.3mm-3mm on various conductive materials including stainless steel, hardened steel, copper, aluminum, and cemented carbide.
Main Applications
Mainly used for machining small micro holes on molds as well as wire threading holes, chemical fiber spinneret holes and spinneret plate holes, group holes in filter plates and screen plates, heat dissipation holes in EDM machine blades and cylinder bodies, oil and gas holes in hydraulic and pneumatic valve bodies; also can be used to erode and remove broken drill bits and taps in workpieces.
