CNC Vertical Lathe
CNC vertical lathe is used for machining heavy workpieces with large radial dimensions and relatively small axial dimensions, complex shapes. Such as cylindrical surfaces, end faces, conical surfaces, cylindrical holes, conical holes of various discs, wheels and short shaft workpieces. Additional devices can also be used for thread turning, spherical turning, profiling, milling and grinding. Compared with horizontal lathes, workpiece clamping on horizontal lathes is more difficult. The vertical lathe spindle axis is vertically arranged, and the worktable surface is in a horizontal plane, making workpiece clamping and alignment more convenient. This layout reduces the load on the spindle and bearings, allowing vertical lathes to maintain working accuracy for a longer time.
